Illumination is a very good story, for people who enjoy fantasy. I've found myself enjoying fantasy/sci-fi books more now than I used to, and the characters in Illumination, are more interesting and diverse than some that you'll find in other stories. Eric Mrozek is a great author and has a good handle on his characters and lands involved in his stories. He keeps a continuity from one to another. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I have.Product details

This second book of the Maereath series was just as enthralling as the first. The elf twins, Helisah and Aegras continue their journey and battle to stop the megalomaniacal, and devastatingly destructive Lord Thrakoth, whilst around them their world is in turmoil.
There emerge some new characters, both from the present and the long distant past, all of whom are very different and somewhat unexpected.
Fluid writing, excellent world-building, plenty of action, tension and suspense and even a modicum of romance all blend to create a most enjoyable read.
Definitely a series worth reading. I'm looking forward to the next book in this ongoing fantasy saga, as I have a feeling events are unfolding at a rapid pace and their outcome is not to be missed.
