Wow, This 4th book in the series is great! Lots of surprises and twists as turns. Lots of action and loving too! The story just keeps getting better and better, wonderful story telling, fantastic world buildimg, with the humans trying to survive in an environment that is so harsh. AND DRAGONS! These dragons are compatible with humans, and they are quite a creation balanced between humans and full dragons.This book is really about hope, for both races, but that won't make it easy, not on Tajss, where there is potential danger everywhere. I can't wait until the 5th book comes out! Who knows what is in store for the humans and the dragons, but they are getting better at helping each other as their world and society is recreated bit by bit.Product details

Interesting series, with just enough drama to keep you questioning...Like when are you going to let a gooood accident happen to the bigot?
As the two human males banter back and forth over the best Doctor Who actor on an Earth TV show, Lana and a dragon Zmaj named Astarot try to ignore them while continuing the hunt for Bivo, a large animal suitable as a food source. Not all the human survivors of the crash are capable to hunting and providing for themselves. But some of the planet’s inhabitants, are helping them, and Lana is learning to hunt. The two humans are too busy fooling around and getting into trouble to be much use. After an exciting hunt, they managed to kill one of the Bivo to take back.
The survivors and their mates enjoyed each other’s company. Astarot and Lana seemed attracted to each other. They finally went for a walk and Astarot took her to the roof of an old building to watch the suns set. They even took a moment for a brief kiss, their first. Then later, another and they mate. For Lana, this one-night stand was “fun” and enough for her. But Astarot was confused. This was a permanent joining for him. The start of their future together. How will their relationship work? And what will it mean to each if they can’t join in a permanent mating?
This was a good story. I had not read the previous books, but it was easy enough to follow the storyline. The characters were expertly described so that the reader knew their strengths and weaknesses. It doesn’t seem to be an easy life, but there is so much opportunity to make a better world for all of them. Grab a copy of this book and join in the adventure! I voluntarily read a review copy of this book and my comments reflect my honest opinion.
The is book is great, The characters are well thought out, it's fast moving and has lots of action . . . these is a wonderful series.
Very well written easy to follow. It’s a new world a new kinda dragon. I loved the story line and the way this story grabs you in on the first page and keeps you there.
It took me a bit to get info the story but keep going this book moves the plot line along and Lana is a likable character so is Astaroth. You find out more about the newcomers and some surprises about the Zmaj
These books just keep getting better and better. Astarot is showing Lana how to be a hunter because that is what she wants to do. And Astarot hopes that it will bring them together forever. But a four day training trip turns out to be very hazardous for both of them. Action, love and lots of mystery and questions. Just the way I like it. Great job gals.
I really enjoy this series. This one was even better since it went farther afield. I am not going to say what happened and give it all away other than to say that they do get together. You will just have to read this to find out the twists and turns. But what is up with the cover showing Astarot as a human man? Where are his wings and scales? What the heck. Anywho, get this series, it's worth it. Enjoy! 😀
